Lisa Wolf
STEM/CTE Gifted Coordinator
Lisa Wolf is the STEM/CTE/Gifted Coordinator. She started her career as an educator with Manassas Park City Schools in 2003. She is in her 6th year as the division’s STEM/CTE/Gifted Coordinator. Prior to her current role, she was a STEM Teacher at Manassas Park Elementary and served as the Gifted Resource Teacher for the elementary campus for many years. Lisa has also taught in the homeroom setting and served in a variety of leadership roles during her time with Manassas Park City Schools. Ms. Wolf holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Social Science and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY.

Denise Chadwick Wright
Birmingham Green
Denise Chadwick Wright serves as the CEO of Birmingham Green, a financially accessible senior living facility. Denise is a dedicated advocate for the senior members in communities to have access to quality care that respects and protects personal dignity. This life-long passion has led to a successful career as a respected leader of over 25 years within the senior healthcare sector. She developed a deep expertise and invaluable insights from a formative career as a licensed nursing home administrator working across multiple States. Extensive experiences gained from leading business agendas spanning the organizational lifecycle, from start- up through to delivering successful turnaround, have equipped Denise with a sharp eye for what it takes to embed operational excellence and create a culture of high performance; led a 42% plus profit in first year, surpassing a 18% projected loss for fledgling startup. Denise is recognized by her peers as a tenacious leader who marries the strength of strategic thinking with proven business acumen to build healthy and effective teams and sustainably successful organizations; she was awarded the prestigious American College of Health Care Administrators Facility Leadership Award in recognition of organizational leadership. Most recently received the Women of Distinction Award from McKnight’s Senior Living and has been inducted into the McKnight’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor 2021. She is committed to the continued sustainability of healthcare sector and serves as an advisory board member for the University of Richmond Customer Service program; and has served as an adjunct faculty member for health care and business administration undergraduate students at Stratford University Falls Church campus. Denise holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Administration from Eastern University and a BS in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Evelyn BruMar
Casa BruMar Foundation
Evelyn BruMar is the executive director and founder of Casa BruMar Foundation; a nonprofit that helps to bridge the gap that leaves the LGBTQ+ community behind when it comes to equality that is equitable in education, social services, and human dignity in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She was awarded a Prince William County Human Rights award in 2018 for her non-profit work. She helped lead the first-ever LGBTQ+ Pride Proclamation/Resolution to pass in Prince William County. She organized and helped pass the first LGBTQ+ Pride Proclamation/Resolution by the Prince William County Public School Board. She is the first Latinx Lesbian member of the Prince William County Human Rights Commission, where she currently serves as Vice Chair. She is also a founding member of the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board to the Governor of Virginia, where she served under former Governor Northam and Governor Youngkin. In addition to her non-profit and public service, she educates local, state, and federal law enforcement on how to better interact with the LGBTQ+ community. She has spoken in front of the Department of Justice and Drug Enforcement Agency to do the same. Evelyn was also selected as an Equality Virginia OUTStanding Virginian in 2019 and is one of the Five Influential Women of 2022 as selected by Prince William Living Magazine. She has most recently been awarded the Gerald B. Roemer Community Service Award, presented by Department of Justice Pride. She has also recently accepted a position as the first Latinx Lesbian board member with Insight Memory Care Centers to help expand LGBTQ+ services and outreach to our aging community in Northern Virginia.
Madelle Kangha
Executive Director
Madelle Kangha is a faith-driven strategic leader with over 10 years of experience across the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She is passionate about service, innovation, and creating opportunities for women, youth, and underserved communities. Most recently, Madelle served as a Board Member of the Virginia Women and Family Support Center, where she supported strategic planning. She is also the Founder of Jumpstart Academy Africa, a nonprofit organization that provided entrepreneurial pathways to young people for over a decade. In addition, she served as a United Nations Young Leader for the Sustainable Development Goals, collaborating with international stakeholders to foster youth engagement and collaboration. Professionally, Madelle is a licensed attorney. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center, as well as a B.A. in Anthropology and Law from the London School of Economics. Madelle has worked at Amazon, where she provided legal guidance to business teams and contributed to innovation. She has also worked at gategroup, where she supported commercial contracts and corporate governance initiatives.
